Jeffrey Shandler, Ph.D., Distinguished Professor of Jewish Studies at Rutgers University, is the author of “Adventures in Yiddishland,” which examines the transformation of Yiddish in the six decades since the Holocaust, as well as numerous books on contemporary Jewish culture and Holocaust remembrance. Lecture followed by Q & A with moderator Miri Koral, CIYCL Director.
